Manchester International Festival (MIF) is unique: an artist-led, commissioning biennial festival presenting new work and special events from across the spectrum of arts and popular culture.
Under Alex Poots’ leadership MIF has established itself as a world-leading festival in just ten years. MIF13 presented 18 commissions and 314 performances with over 246,000 attenders; many of our commissions go on to tour internationally.
We are now looking for a new Chief Executive and Artistic Director who will drive the artistic vision for MIF, delivering an exceptional festival every two years and contributing to the development of a major new international arts venue in Manchester.
The successful candidate will have an international reputation as a creative producer, cultural leader or practicing artist with the ability to inspire, challenge and energise people.

Film Production Company
Manchester International Festival are currently looking for a film production company or collective to document events at this year’s Festival which takes place 2 – 19 July 2015.
Please send a proposal (no longer than 1000 words) to email@example.com detailing your suitability and details of previous experience. Please include links to a show reel and/or relevant examples of work, plus details of your proposed team.
