  • The xx

The xx performed as part of MIF13, playing 18 of their smallest shows ever in a secret location somewhere underneath the city for just 60 people. Technically complex yet emotionally direct, the shows were an extraordinary experience for all involved. As a spectacular counterpoint to these shows, the band also played one night at The Ritz for 1500 people

The xx’s debut album, xx, won the Mercury Music Prize. Coexist, the follow-up, topped the UK charts and reached the top ten in more than 20 countries around the world. Now one of the biggest alternative acts in the world, the enigmatic London trio will spend much of 2013  headlining major festivals and huge open-air venues.
