The Elbow/Hallé free, live relay to a big screen in Castlefield Arena will be unticketed: entry is on a first-come, first-served basis on the night.

Doors at Castlefield Arena will open at 6pm. No audience will be admitted before this time.

The live relay of the concert will start at 7.30pm and finish at approx 10.00pm.

On the night

For your enjoyment and safety on the night, please note:

• Access to the event is free – though gates will be closed when the venue is at capacity. There is no guarantee of re-admission to the site if you leave.
• Children under 14 are not permitted unless accompanied by an adult.
• The event organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to any person. Persons will not be admitted if in the opinion of the stewards, they are under the influence of alcohol or an illegal substance.
• The special circumstances of this event allows alcoholic drink to be brought in to the arena in reasonable quantities – though glass will not be permitted into the venue.
• There will be no food or alcohol concessions on site – but picnics and food are permitted.
• A security search may be carried out.
• The event organisers reserve the right to make any alteration to the advertised details for the performances.
• The use of photographic or recording equipment in the event arena is prohibited.
• All attendees consent to the filming and sound recording of themselves as members of the audience.
• Portable chairs are permitted but please show consideration in their placement.
• In the interest of safety, glass items, barbecues and flaming torches are prohibited.
• No dogs allowed in the event arena (except guide dogs)
