Sun 19 July / Festival Pavilion
To close the 2009 Festival, MIF offered 2,000 people the chance to taste the city as they’ve never tasted it before. Several internationally renowned culinary experts worked with chefs drawn from Manchester’s diverse range of communities to create five special dishes, which were then served to diners at four sittings throughout the day.
