Tecwyn Evans meets MIF Sacred Sounds Choir

Posted on Tuesday 18 June 2013

Two weeks ago, conductor Tecwyn Evans had his first meeting with the MIF Sacred Sounds Choir.

After arriving in Manchester following a busy journey from New Zealand via Sweden, Tecwyn and choir director Beth Allen worked with the choir  on ‘If Ye Love Me’, a new piece by John Tavener commissioned especially for the choir by MIF Creative. Tecwyn will be conducting the choir as part of an evening of Tavener’s work at the Bridgewater Hall on the 7 July.
